Don't get me wrong, I loved smoking. I smoked for 39 years, and never once, in all that time, did I want to quit. Smoking contributed to the death of my Mother, and still I did not want to quit.

But then I got pneumonia, and I simply could not smoke. I could hardly breathe. Time passed, and more time passed, and both my doc and my husband began to encourage me not to start back up when I got better. And I started to think about all the money we spent on tobacco...

So, tomorrow it will be 3 weeks. I am doing fine, and have no intentions of ever smoking again.

My sweet husband quit too, and tomorrow will be 11 days for him.
